Become A Member

Membership to Elevation House is reserved for individuals who meet the following criteria:​

 

1. Have a primary diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness

2. Interested in attending, as membership is voluntary

3. Do not pose a threat to our community

4. At least 18 years of age
